HerDetroit, HerFuture: Grounding Our Vision, Keeping Boots on the Ground (BTS Edition) is a transformative WELL Woman Talk x Kickback activation held in partnership with Black Tech Saturdays’ Digital Empowerment Summit 2025.
This evening unapologetically centers the brilliance, burdens, and unseen labor of Black and Brown women leading Detroit’s future across wellness, tech, equity, and civic life. From the historical significance of “boots on the ground” to the contemporary need for grounding and wellness, the experience embodies the power of work, rest, and play—Detroit-style.
