In celebration of Mother’s Day, Women’s Mental Health Week, and Mental Health Awareness Month, Restor(HER)- A WELL Woman Talk x Self-Care Activation- is a sacred and joyful gathering designed to help women explore and heal intergenerational patterns, especially those rooted in mother-daughter dynamics.

This experience offers an intentional space for reflection, restoration, and celebration through candid conversation, creative expression, and embodied wellness practices. Whether you're a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, mentor, or a woman on a journey to heal maternal wounds, you’ll be embraced in a supportive, intergenerational sisterhood.
