Vino & Vision Nights (VVN) is a quarterly, community-centered experience that brings women together at the intersection of vision, leadership, strategy, creativity, and community. Designed as a conversational, relational, and experiential gathering, VVN creates space for women to slow down, reflect, and engage meaningfully with themselves, one another, and the lives and work they are building.
This is not a workshop.
Not a lecture.
Not a drop-in vision board party.
It is a curated experience where vision, strategy, creativity, and community meet.
We believe sustainable strategy begins with self-stewardship—the ability to lead from inner authority, regulate capacity, and make decisions rooted in discernment rather than urgency. Through storytelling, shared dialogue, wellness-centered practices, creative exploration, and practical strategy, participants are invited to move beyond reactive decision-making and toward lives and leadership that are intentional, values-aligned, and sustainable.
Each four-hour experience blends reflection, conversation, creativity, and strategic application, offering women space to clarify direction, activate imagination, strengthen alignment, and build momentum alongside a supportive community of visionaries, leaders, creatives, and changemakers. Rather than focusing solely on productivity or achievement, Vino & Vision Nights encourages women to explore how they can build lives and work that feel authentic, sustainable, and deeply connected to their values and purpose.

Five years ago, WELL Woman was founded with a vision to create spaces where women could heal, lead, grow, and thrive in community.

This quarter, we'll explore how to bridge the gap between inspiration and implementation by examining the systems, boundaries, relationships, habits, and support structures that allow us to move from intention into sustainable action.
Through storytelling, strategy, reflection, and creative engagement, participants will be encouraged to explore what they are building—and what must be put in place to support it.
